Fenerbahce was unstoppable in the beginning and quickly earned a double-digit advantage (13-24, 17-32), as the first quarter ended with the visitors in front by 16 (24-40).

Later, the situation remained the same, with the hosts being unable to fight back (34-43, 41-54). Consequently, Zeljco Obradovic‘s team closed the first half with a 13-point lead and never looked back (49-62).

In the second half, Fenerbahce was easily retaining a double-digit advantage (60-75, 73-86), as the hosts were playing mediocre defensively, and was in front by 13, after 30 minutes in the game (73-86).

In the fourth quarter, though, things changed. Darussafaka enhanced its overall performance and managed to cut the deficit to four and three points, respectively (96-100, 100-103). However, they ran out of time and Datome‘s three-point play helped the visitors secure a crucial win on the road.
