By playing sublime offensive basketball, Olimpia Milano almost pulverized Reggio Emilia 97 – 73 and made it 3-2 in the title series of the Italian Championship. We’ll find out in the next game if we will have a coronation or if a Game 7 is in order.

The hosts showed their quite dangerous intentions right from the first quarter, which finished with an impressive 29-8. A deficit from which Reggio Emilia was unable to recover and a lead that provided a more than safe pillow for Olimpia Milano for the remainder of the game.

No less than six players of coach Repesa scored in double-digits, with Mantas Kalnietis (16 points, 8 rebounds),  Krunoslav Simon (14 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists) and Rakim Sanders (14 points, 4 rebounds) standing out with their overall performances.

Pietro Aradori’s 14 points and Darjus Lavrinovic’s 14 plus 6 rebounds, were not enough for Reggio Emilia.
