Sergio Rodriguez is leaving Real Madrid for one more shot in the NBA as a member of the Sixers. As Shams Charania reported, Rodriguez has a $8 million one year contract waiting for him in Philadelphia.
Just few days after downplaying the possibility of him going to the States, the rumors about him wanting a return to the NBA proved to be true. After all Rodriguez never denied the fact that he would like to see what he could get in the NBA market and with a buy out with Real Madrid rumored to be 3 million euros, he needed a contract like the one he is going to get by the Sixers in order to leave Spain.
