Thanasis Antetokounmpo returns to Europe for Andorra. The older brother of Giannis Antetokounmpo signed with the Spanish club for next season.
After two years in the NBADL the 51st pick of 2014 NBA draft will have the chance to prove his worth on the Spanish Liga Endesa. The 24 years old swingman signed a 10 days contract last January with the Knicks, however he was a free agent this summer and the option of playing in Europe was more than interesting.
Thanasis made his debut with the Greek national team this summer and back in the 2012-13 season he has played in the Greek second division as a member of Filathlitikos. The move was confirmed via twitter by the agent of the player.
