CSKA Moscow (7-0) didn’t need a fire-laden performance by Milos Teodosic (10 points, 8 assists) to dominate Nizhny Novgorod (1-7) at home, remaining perfect in VTB League.

Actually, the defending champs grabbed a comfortable win with all their players contributing a piece or two. Coach Itoudis implemented heavy rotation, since only Dmitry Kulagin (15 points), Vitaly Fridzon (13 points) and Kyle Hines (12 points) played more than 20 minutes and none stayed on court for more than 22:19.

A bit earlier, Lokomotiv Kuban (5-2) expanded the winning streak since Sasa Obradovic‘s arrival to 3-0 by absolutely destroying VEF Riga (3-4)  in Krasnodar. Mardy Collins was here, there and everywhere for his team on the floor, finishing with 16 points, 7 assists plus 6 rebounds, while Matt Janning also added 16 points to go with his 6 assists and Ian Vougioukas 13 along with 6 rebounds.

Ryan Toolson fired at will (24 points, 4/8 from downtown) as Zenit St. Petersburg passed like a storm from Enisey (3-5), improving its record to 6-1.
