Anadolu Efes remained tied with Fenerbahce at the first place of the Turkish Basketball Super league standings with a 14 – 2 record after routing Istanbul Buyuksehir (6-10) 106 – 67.

Coach Velimir Perasovic watched his players producing lucratively on offense despite Thomas Heurtel’s absence, with five of them scoring in double-digit numbers.

DeShaun Thomas had 18, Brandon Paul 16 and Derrick Brown added 15 plus 4 rebounds. Tyler Honeycutt flirted with the double-double after 12 points and 9 rebounds, Cedi Osman contributed 11 plus 6 rebounds while Dogus Balbay undertook playmaking duties with 8 assists to go with his 4 points.

For Istanbul Buyuksehir that committed 19 turnovers, Jaka Klobucar dropped 17 points and Deniz Kilicli 14. Fenerbahce had an easy task against Usak, Besiktas is third with a 12-4 record, while Banvit and Darussafaka are tied at 11-5 after Darussafaka’s defeat by Tofas Bursa. Next it’s Galatasaray after beating Balikesir tied with Karsiyaka at 10-6 at the 6th spot of the standings.
