AEK Athens announced that the club has used the contract option and will keep Vlado Jankovic until the end of the season.
Jankovic initially penned a two-month deal with AEK on November 11 but suffered a right-hand fracture after just a couple of games and has been out since.
Nonetheless, Jankovic recently returned to practices and AEK decided to stick with the 29-year-old forward at least until the summer.
