A few weeks after Denmark beat both Lithuania and the Czech Republic improving its 2022 EuroBasket Qualifiers bid, the torch passed on to the Bakken Bears for a major upset as the finishing touch on the Basketball Champions League Regular Season Gameday 7.

The Danish club blew out Dinamo Sassari preventing both the Italian club and Iberostar Tenerife from officially advancing to the next round of the 2020-21 season through Group A. The Spanish side took down Galatasaray a day earlier.

Group C got much more complicated as well with Cholet defeating AEK in its BCL home debut. The road win for Hapoel Holon over Tsmoki-Minsk knotted the two sides at 2-2.

Group D action saw Casademont Zaragoza go 3-0 by taking down Falco Szombathely. Nizhny Novgorod defeated Pszczołka Start Lublin and jumped to 2-1.

One game in Group B as ERA Nymburk destroyed Keravnos. The Czech club improved to 3-1. The home side down 0-4 was officially eliminated.
