Despite gambling away a double-digit lead in the second half, Turk Telekom still managed to prevail over Igokea with 94-86 in the Basketball Champions League.

Nick Johnson, Kyle Wiltjer and Sam Dekker stepped up once again for Turk Telekom as they made a 7-0 run at the two-minute mark which gave their team an 89-83 lead and the win.

Igokea put on a valiant effort to bounce back from 14 down in the third quarter (65-51) and did have the minimal lead (83-82) but the trio of former Houston Rockets didn’t allow them to go any further.

Johnson finished with 18 points and nine assists while Dekker added 16 and Wiltjer 15 points. Michael Eric logged a double-double with 21 points and 12 rebounds.

For Igokea, Jackie Carmichael scored 18 and Edin Atic 16 points. Atic also dished eight assists and grabbed six boards.

Turk Telekom will go into the playoffs from the No. 1 spot in Group G with a 5-1 record while Igokea (3-3) has also pulled through behind them after Hapoel Jerusalem (2-4) lost to Limoges CSP (2-4) on the road.
