Hapoel Unet-Credit Holon announced that the team has reached an agreement on a one-year extension with coach Steafnos Dedas.
The 38-year-old coach joined Hapoel in December 2019 and he’s been leading the team impressively this season.
Hapoel advanced for the first time ever to the Basketball Champions League playoffs while they lost in the Israeli League Cup Final and have reached the State Cup semifinals.
They were drawn to Group I in the BCL Round of 16 and will face against Tofas Bursa, Pinar Karsiyaka and Happy Casa Brindisi.
