Omar Prewitt and Nymburk continued their race for the top spot in Group L by handing Dinamo Sassari a convincing blow

Dinamo Sassari’s tough playoff run this season in the Basketball Champions League continued as they stayed winless, the time around at the hands of ERA Nymburk which got a 91-73 win.

With this win, Nymburk improved to 4-1, the same record as Casademont Zaragoza against which the Czech will clash in the last round for the top spot in Group L. Sassari will have one more shot at avoiding a winless run as they clash against Brose Bamberg.

Omar Prewitt led the way for Nymburk with 21 points while Hayden Dalton added 17 and Martin Kriz 11 points. Dalton and Kriz also grabbed eight rebounds each.

Jakub Tuma helped with 13 points while, on Sassari’s side, Eimantas Bendzius scored 15 and Kaspar Treier 13 points. Ethan Happ and Filip Kruslin scored 11 each with Happ also grabbing 11 boards.
