Happy Casa Brindisi has renewed the contract of Nick Perkins until the end of the 2022-23 season, the team announced Sunday.

Perkins, 24, joined the Italian club last August to introduce himself in Europe. He had 12.6 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per Basketball Champions League game while averaging 13.3 points and 5.7 rebounds per LBA match at the domestic level.

The former Buffalo standout became the second player inking a contract extension following Raphael Gaspardo. Josh Perkins, Scott Ulaneo, Myles Carter, and Jeremy Chappell have been the summer additions so far.

Brindisi in the Regular Season of the next BCL edition will meet Hapoel Holon and Darussafaka Tekfen plus one more team coming out of the qualifiers.
