Tofas Bursa announced that the club has extended the contract of big man Tomislav Zubcic for the 2021-22 season.
Zubcic, 31, averaged 16.0 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.3 assists in last season’s Basketball Champions League, along with 13.3 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists in the Turkish Basketball Super League. It was his first year with Tofas after stints with such teams as Enisey, Manresa, Bonn, Nizhny Novgorod, Cedevita and Cibona in his native Croatia.
Zubic and Tofas will continue playing in the Basketball Champions League since the club has committed to the competition also for the upcoming season.
