ERA Nymburk has inked Sterling Gibbs for the next season, the team announced Tuesday.

Gibbs, 28, went through the Basketball Champions League qualifying rounds in 2017 and 2019, but this time around directly enters the Regular Season. His new side will face PAOK, Galatasaray, and Igokea in Group E.

The American point guard last played in Belgium powering Telenet Giants Antwerp. He logged 15.5 points, 4.2 assists, and 2.5 rebounds per contest.

The last addition prior to the training camp follows the three previous newcomers for the team guided by Aleksander Sekulic. Gorjok Gak, Demetre Rivers, and Frantisek Vana were added, while Martin Kriz, Lukas Palyza, and Petr Benda were retained.

Other BCL moves

Rytas Vilnius landed American forward Tanner Leissner. The Lithuanian side had already moved in Jarvis Williams, Vaidas Kariniauskas, and Margiris Normantas.

Lavrio Megabolt brought in experienced guard Jerry Smith. He is the fourth summer addition following Kenny Goins, Marcus Lewis, and Al-Wajid Aminu.
