D’Angelo Harrison and DJ Stephens push Prometey to BCL regular season

D’Angelo Harrison and DJ Stephens scored 20 points each as they pushed Prometey to a close 67-65 win over Parma-Parimatch which secured them a spot in the Basketball Champions League regular season.

It was a close matchup with Parma leading 57-54 in the final period followed by a dominant 24-8 third-quarter performance. However, Harrison and Stephens made sure to ruin that run.

They combined for 11 points including three shots from deep to create a 13-2 run which gave Prometery a 67-59 lead and, as it turned out, the game. Although Parma went on a 6-0 run, it was too late to change the outcome.

Evgeny Voronov scored 15 for Parma while Jeremiah Hill added ten, as did Adas Juskevicius.

With Prometey’s qualification, the 2021-22 regular season lineup has been set with a total of 32 teams across eight groups.
