Moving from winning the 2021-22 edition of the FIBA Europe Cup to the 2022-23 Basketball Champions League Regular Season, Bahcesehir Koleji added BCL experience to the squad in the form of Yigit Arslan. The Turkish guard signed a one-year contract, the team announced Saturday.

Arslan, 26, carries Champions League experience from Tofas last season and Galatasaray in 2020-21. Bahcesehir Koleji will be his third team in FIBA’s top European club continental competition and of his professional career as well. In 2021-22, he produced 6.2 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game helping the Bursa outfit reach the Playoffs before being swept by future champion, Lenovo Tenerife. The 2022-23 season will start in Group D opposite ERA Nymburk, Igokea m:tel, and Surne Bilbao.

Following the new AEK head coach Ilias Kantzouris from Kolossos H Hotels to the Queen, Kenny Williams penned a one-year contract, his second Greek team announced. The 2017 NCAA champion with North Carolina is now set to feature in a club continental competition for the first time. Before landing in Rhodes, he spent the 2020-21 season in Israel and previously played for the Austin Spurs from 2019 to 2021 in the G League.

Real Madrid youth product, Slovenian point guard Urban Klavzar joined UCAM Murcia on a contract for the next season with an option for two more seasons, the team announced. Last season, he debuted in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague lasting ten minutes as Los Blancos were facing multiple COVID-19 cases, and helped in the win versus CSKA.

Elsewhere, Stelios Poulianitis inked a 1+1 contract to become the latest addition to Peristeri. Legendary Vassilis Spanoulis will be his boss.
