PAOK fought until the end, but Dijon and Chase Simon knew what to do in crunch time on the way to a 70-66 road win in Group G of the Basketball Champions League.

It was the icing on the cake for a big game by Simon, who had in total 25 points for the winning side.

Jalen Riley also scored 25 points for PAOK, as those two players were the only scorers in double digits in the game.

Riley with a big three cut the lead to two (66-64) with 21 seconds left, after a steal by Tyler Polley, a missed shot by Jaylen Hands, and an offensive rebound by Nate Renfro.

With the game on the line, Gregor Hrovat was fouled and made two free throws (68-64) with 14 seconds left on the clock. PAOK couldn’t get back into shooting distance as Simon stole the ball and sealed the deal (70-64).

Riley managed also to score and keep the final point difference low, something that may play a role in the future on a potential tie.
