BCL Regular Season Week 3 Recap: Spanoulis effect

Completing Gameday 2, the third week of the Basketball Champions League Regular Season is in the books. Among the teams proudly sitting at 2-0 is Peristeri bwin with Vassilis Spanoulis successful early in his career as a head coach.

Peristeri put a stop to the 12-game winning streak of reigning champion Lenovo Tenerife. It topped the Canary Islands outfit and Group H as well. Elsewhere, Bnei Ofek Dist Herzliya took down Rytas Vilnius.

Shifting to Group E, MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg hammering Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem shaped another 2-0 start. In the other game, a comfortable win for Darussafaka against the Bakken Bears.

Joining the 2-0 teams from Group G was Unicaja. The team based in Malaga rolled JDA Dijon. Earlier, PAOK mateco took down Dinamo Banco di Sardegna Sassari.

Moving to Group D, Surne Bilbao upped its record to 2-0 and got in charge. Rolling Bahcesehir Koleji did the trick. Also, Igokea m:tel bested ERA Nymburk.
