Hapoel Holon starts its Play-Ins series in a completely dominant way against Igokea. The Israeli side went up 1-0 with the 103-79 win at home. It’s the second time they go over 100 points in this BCL season.

Joe Ragland had another classic performance, recording a double-double of 12 points and 14 assists and becoming the fifth player to reach 300+ assists in BCL history.

In his return to the court in the Basketball Champions League, CJ Harris scored 11 points with 7 assists, without making his fans regret Erick Green, who signed with Buducnost.

Marvin Jones was also essential in the purple-and-gold win, with a double-double of 19 points and 13 rebounds. Moreover, Chris Johnson and Hayden Dalton combined for 33 points.

This surely wasn’t Igokea’s night on the defensive end, but on offense, they could count on the Crawford-Waller-Tanaskovic trio. The first one got 16 points, but shooting 1/8 from deep with 5 turnovers.

Number 24 was the highest scorer for the Bosnian side with 21 points, while the latter had 14 with 4/5 FT.

It was an absolute subjugation, as Hapoel Holon had better numbers in assists (33 vs 15), rebounds (42 vs 27), points from the bench (43 vs 21), and fast-break opportunities (23 vs 7), among others.

The winner of this series (G2 on 10/01) will end up in Group I of the Round of 16, joining SIG Strasbourg, Hapoel Jerusalem, and the winner of the series between JDA Dijon and Peristeri. The French team won Game 1 89-80.
