A stunning performance for Bursaspor Info Yatirim in Telekom Dome.

In the lead for 24 minutes and taking down Telekom Baskets Bonn, 92-82, got the defending champions of the Basketball Champions League in trouble on Tuesday.

French import David Michineau eclipsed his best scoring performance of the 2023-24 season with 20 points. He produced 14 of his points in the second half. Pittsburgh product Michael Young tallied eight of 18 points in the fourth quarter of the Gameday 4 affair. Young Turkish guard David Mutaf contributed 19 more points. Anthony Brown went for 18 points, seven assists, and three rebounds. Johnny Hamilton (illness) was ruled out.

Brian Fobbs packing a game-high 22 points was not enough for the team guided by Roel Moors. With Bursaspor in a safe distance, the 25-year-old shooting guard fouled out with just over one minute left. Both Florian Koch (back surgery) and Thomas Kennedy (knee) were unavailable.

Painting a much better picture in Group F of the Regular Season, the team coached by Jure Zdovc improved to 1-2, forcing the hosts to 2-2. Retaining the tiebreaker advantage was the limited gain for Bonn. With Hapoel Holon sitting at 2-0 and Rio Breogan at 1-2, all four sides have a lot of work to do down the stretch of the six-game double-legged round-robin schedule.
