Unicaja announced the departure of 28-year-old Dylan Osetkowski.

Confirming recent rumors, stretching to the experienced forward/center heading to Partizan Mozzart Bet, the team based in Malaga bid farewell to the two-time Basketball Champions League champion on Thursday.

Per the press release: “Power forward Dylan Osetkowski will no longer play for Unicaja after informing the club that he will not accept his contract extension. This marks the end of the tenure of a key player in the team’s successes over the past three seasons. Unicaja wishes him the best of luck in his professional and personal career.”

Over the past three years, the former Texas and Tulane player in the NCAA, a native of San Diego, celebrated back-to-back BCL championships in 2024 and 2025, being named in the Star Lineup Second Team of the 2023-24 season and of the First Team in the 2024-25 season, and also lifted the FIBA Intercontinental Cup 2024 in Singapore as the Most Valuable Player of the tournament.

In the 2024-25 installment of the Champions League, Osetkowki averaged 9.4 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.0 steals, and 0.2 blocks per game over 13 appearances of his 44 appearances in the top-tier club continental competition of FIBA Europe with Unicaja.

Logging 35 appearances in Spain’s Liga Endesa, he went for 11.1 points, 3.9 rebounds, 0.9 assists, 0.9 steals, and 0.1 blocks for the team guided by Ibon Navarro. Overall, he was featured in 119 ACB games.

At the international level, he was capped with Germany in two games of the EuroBasket 2025 Qualifiers.
