Basketball Champions League teams strengthening their respective rosters extend to Legia Warszawa signing 26-year-old Race Thompson

Following his first professional campaign in the G League with the Memphis Hustle, 26-year-old Race Thompson inked a one-year contract with Legia Warszawa. Expanding his career overseas, he will join the Polish champions in Group A of the 2025-26 Regular Season of the Basketball Champions League, opposite Rytas, Promitheas Vikos Cola, and MLP Academics Heidelberg. Last season, the former Indiana standout tallied 7.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 0.7 steals, and 0.7 steals per contest over 44 appearances with the Hustle in the development league of the NBA.

Heading to Group G, alongside Unicaja, Filou Oostende, and Karditsa Iaponiki, Mersin MSK further strengthened the roster with 26-year-old Leon Harun Apaydin. Last season, the Turkish shooting guard played 13 Champions League games with Manisa Divissa, averaging 2.8 points, 1.2 rebounds, 0.8 assists, 0.1 steals, and 0.1 blocks per contest.

In Group F, NHSZ-Szolnoki Olajbanyasz announced a one-year deal with 29-year-old American forward/center Brady Skeens. Packing a career across several countries with stops in Canada, Finland, Israel, Italy, Slovenia, and Turkiye he now enters the BCL with the Hungary champions.

Looking into the Qualification Rounds for the second time in his career, following an appearance in 2023 with TSU Tbilisi, 26-year-old guard Tyree Boykin joined Kutaisi 2010.

Elsewhere in the Qualifiers, the Bakken Bears penned 28-year-old Jordan Ogundiran to a one-year contract, and the Windrose Antwerp Giants added 27-year-old Rob Howard.

Also, 20-year-old Luca Joe Ewelt signed a four-year contract extension with Basketball Lowen Braunschweig.
