Incoming from Dreamland Gran Canaria, Joe Thomasson inked a one-year contract to become the latest offseason transfer completed by Tofas, on the way to Group D of the new Basketball Champions League Regular Season, opposite La Laguna Tenerife, Bnei PenLink Herzeliya, and Trapani Shark. The 31-year-old combo guard played in 15 BCL games with BAXI Manresa during the 2021-22 season, before competing in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and BKT EuroCup over the next three years.

A fourth consecutive journey in the Champions League, following 43 appearances with Rytas, MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg and Limoges CSP, for 26-year-old Jayvon Graves after penning a one-year deal with Legia Warszawa. The next assignment is in Group A, with the list of opponents in a six-game schedule including his former team based in Vilnius.

Another Group A side, Promitheas Vikos Cola, tabbed 20-year-old Evdoxios Kapetakis. The Greek winger, who won bronze in the FIBA U20 EuroBasket 2024 and displayed his talents in Greece’s Stoiximan GBL as a Karditsa Iaponiki player over the last two years, will debut in the top-tier club continental competition of FIBA Europe.

Heading to the Qualification Rounds and with an opportunity to join ALBA Berlin, ERA Nymburk, and Sabah in Group B, PGE Start Lublin secured the services of 32-year-old Quincy Ford. The former Northeastern standout carries Qualifiers experience with Spirou Charleroi in 2018.

Three Qualification tournaments will be hosted in Samokov, between September 19 and 25. The Regular Season begins on October 7.
