Elan Chalon defeated UCAM Murcia 96 – 88 in the Final of the Basketball Champions League Qualification Tournament 3 and became the second team to advance to the 2025-26 regular season.

The duo of Jeremiah Hill (26 points) and Lionel Gaudoux (23 points, 12 rebounds, five assists, four steals) was simply unstoppable, inflicting most of the damage by Chalon to Murcia. Nate Darling added 14 points.

Dylan Ennis (16 points), Emanuel Cate (15 points) and Toni Nakic (14 points, five rebounds) stood out from Murcia.

After a balanced game in the first half (49-47), Chalon took off in the third period, leading 73 – 63 before the end of the quarter. Murcia was without head coach Sito Alonso who was ejected with two technical fouls with the score 65 – 53.

Still, Murcia recovered a bit and approached 76 – 72 and 80 – 76 with 6:10 to play but that was the closest the Spanish side got. Chalon responded with a 6-0 and kept their opponents at a distance for the remainder of the game.

Chalon will join ALBA Berlin, ERA Nymburk and Baku in Group B of the BCL regular season.
