Tofas dominated the first half, Trapani fought back in the second, but the Turkish side prevailed.
After holding a 21-point lead early in the third quarter, Tofas withstood a big push from the home team and secured an 91-89 victory.
Marek Blažević delivered another strong performance for the Turkish side, scoring 21 points and grabbing six rebounds for a PIR of 24. Yiğitcan Saybir added 17 points, Alex Pérez contributed 14 points and dished out nine assists, while Lynn Kidd, Maxwell Lewis, and Joe Thomasson scored 10 points each.
On the other side, Timmy Allen led Trapani with 15 points, Amar Alibegović added 14, and both Jordan Ford and Adama Sanogo scored 13 points each.
