The second week of the 2025/26 Basketball Champions League regular season brought plenty of great games and interesting results, but the main takeaway seems to be that the Spanish teams have started on a high note.
After their Round 1 victories, Joventut, Tenerife, Unicaja, and Gran Canaria all remained flawless, improving to 2–0 and staying in control of their respective groups.
After defeating Cholet in the opener, the Badalona team cruised past Hapoel Holon on the road, 81–65, to top Group C.
Tenerife began with an 84–78 win over Trapani and followed it up by powering past Bnei Herzliya in front of the home crowd, winning 108–85.
Defending champions Unicaja showcased their strength with a 97–66 victory in the opener against Mersin, and improved to 2–0 with a strong defensive effort on the road, beating AS Karditsas 72–55 in Greece.
And last but not least, Gran Canaria recorded a narrow 73–68 Round 2 win over Le Mans at home, after dominating Benfica 98–61 in the opener.
