Malte Delow has been named Player of the Week for the eighth week of the Basketball Champions League Season X, powered by Ameresco SUNEL.
The 24-year-old German forward of ALBA Berlin was confirmed as the Player of the Week on Friday, after winning a fan vote opposite the remaining standouts in the Team of the Week, JD Notae of Trapani Shark, Keith Jordan of Sabah, Jack White of Mersin Spor, and Chris Silva of AEK.
The Berlin native was the top performer in Le Colisee, leading his side to a key away win over Elan Chalon and to first place in Group B of the Regular Season with one game remaining to close the four-team battle. Logging 25:18, he put in 18 points with 5/7 field goals, including five triples, nine rebounds, four assists, one steal, and one block.
Over five appearances in his first BCL journey, Delow is up to 10.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 0.8 steals, and 0.4 blocks per contest. Barring a setback, his sixth appearance will be against Sabah in Berlin’s Uber Arena on Tuesday, with the team coached by Pedro Calles looking to clinch the top seed and a direct ticket to the Round of 16.

Following the upcoming ninth week of Season X to complete the Regular Season, the 2025-26 edition of the Champions League moves to the Play-Ins. The 16 participants will enter a best-of-three series to decide the eight additional teams advancing to the Round of 16.
