Galatasaray recorded a win in Round 6 of Group E in Basketball Champions League, beating Igokea 82–65 away from home.
Bugrahan Tuncer led the winning team with 16 points, Fabian White contributed with 13 points, while John Meeks finished the contest with 11 points.
For Igokea, Jevon Bass and Marko Jeremic were the best performers with 14 points each.
Galatasaray won the first quarter by a double-digit margin (22–11), and they had no trouble maintaining that lead until the end, thus securing first place ahead of the next phase of the competition.
The Turkish team finished Group E in first place with a 5–1 record and directly qualified for the Round of 16, while Igokea managed just one win and five losses, ending their campaign already in the first phase.
