Le Mans secured a victory in the first Play-In game of the FIBA Basketball Champions League, easily defeating Mersin on the road with a score of 92-65.

The most effective player in the winning team was David DiLeo with 22 points, Trevor Hudgins added 19 points and seven assists, while Lucas Dufeal contributed with 10 points.

On the other side, Justin Cobbs led the scorers with 14 points, Ronald March added 12, and Jack White scored 10 points.

Another game this evening also went to the visitors, and now Mersin faces a tough challenge as they will need to win in France to keep their chances for advancement alive.

Mersin started the game better and had an advantage after the first quarter (17-15), but Le Mans managed to turn things around by halftime (34-39). However, the decision came in the third quarter—the visitors dominated that part of the game 29-12, ultimately securing a convincing victory.

The second game between these teams is scheduled for Thursday and will be played in France. A potential third game would be played in Turkey.
