The final round will decide who will advance to the Quarterfinals

Rytas secured a very important victory in the fifth round of group I in the Round of 16 in the Basketball Champions League, defeating Le Mans 101-81 on their home court.

Simonas Lukosius played an excellent game, scoring six three-pointers and finishing the match with 18 points. Ignas Sargiunas added 16, Jerrick Harding had 15, while Gytis Masiulis scored 13 points. For the French team, Trevor Hudgins was by far the best with 28 points, while Travante Williams scored 18.

The Lithuanians gradually built their lead on their home court, interestingly winning all four quarters. They made a decisive run at the end of the third and fourth quarters, stringing together 14 points, pulling away to 76-61, and ultimately bringing the game to a routine finish.

Both teams now have a record of 3-2, and the decision on who will advance will be made in the sixth round. Rytas will visit Galatasaray, while Le Mans will host the already eliminated Hapoel Holon.
