Shaquielle McKissic registered an efficiency rating of 24 and led Muratbey Usak Sportif to their first Regular Season win, 74-69 over BK Ventspils at home, to be named Gameday 3 MVP in the Basketball Champions League.

McKissic was flying high in the first half against Ventspils, scoring 20 of Usak’s 48 points before the break. He continued his fine display in the second half, finishing with 26 points on 10-of-20 shooting from the floor, while also grabbing 10 rebounds and stealing the ball two times in the Turkish side’s maiden success in Group C.

Muratbey Usak Sportif now have their own version of the Shaq attack, as McKissic is averaging 16.3 points per game in the Basketball Champions League. This was his second double-double in three outings, after his 12-point, 10-rebound showing against Neptunas Klaipeda on Gameday 1.

McKissic is a shooting guard that can fly high, grabbing 7,6 rebounds per game, and trails only AS Monaco’s Zach Wright (3.7) with 3.3 steals per game in the competition.
