Dinamo Sassari has acquired 1988-born guard David Lighty as a boost for the upcoming Top 16 Round of the Basketball Champions League.
This season, Lighty played 15 with fellow Italian club Trento, during which he averaged 13.1 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.4 assists.
“I chose to sign with Sassari because I like this year’s project”, says the player. “I want to contribute to the great progress of the team and help it to win as much as possible. I think for me this is also a good opportunity to play in Basketball Champions League and continue in the Italian league with a team that is in a good position in the standings and opts for the playoffs.”
