Good defense for the home team in the first half of the game (46-32) was enough to secure them a win over Olimpija.
The French side was leading from the begging till the end of the game and showed no weakness. The final result of the match was 83-69.
The former member of Olimpija and now Strasbourg’s point guard Zach Wright almost had a double-double with 10 points and 9 assists. The top scorer of the game was Michael Dixon recording 21 points.
For the losing side, Gregor Horvat had 13 points.
The Key: Protecting the paint and getting 14 steals were crucial factors for the home team.
