Lietkabelis broke out with a 13-6 lead, but Hapoel Jerusalem dominated the rest of the way and got a 97-70 away win in the Basketball Champions League Regular Season Group C Day 9 game. The visitors recovered superbly following their losses to AEK in the previous BCL round and to Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv in the Israeli Super League.

Hapoel’s impressive offensive display translated to 58.8% from the field and was more than enough for the “W”.

James Feldeine dropped five three-pointers and finished up with 19 points at the Cido Arena. Tamir Blatt followed with 16 points and dished eight assists.

Mindaugas Kupsas notched 17 points for Nenad Canak’s club.

Oded Kattache’s team is now at 7-2. The Lithuanians dropped to 3-6 with their second straight BCL defeat.
