Mardy Collins will be sidelined for at least one month. He had an MRI after his thigh injury and Strasbourg informed on the results on Tuesday estimating that the player will be out for a minimum of four weeks.

The French side will face Filou Oostende tomorrow in Belgium. Vincent Collet’s club needs a “W” and Neptunas Klaipeda to suffer a home loss to medi Bayreuth in order to seal a ticket in the BCL Round of 16 stage.

If Strasbourg manages to advance, Collins might not be ready to help his team in the beginning of the playoffs. In his first twelve 2018-19 Champions League appearances, he averaged 11 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.7 assists.
