All eight teams battling for a spot in the 2019 Basketball Champions League Final Four still need a massive effort to achieve their goal. Four of them gained an advantage on Wednesday, but the four losing sides hope for a better result in the second leg.

The first game of the night saw Telenet Giants Antwerp break Nizhny Novgorod with a 15-point win on the road. Nanterre 92 followed with an eight-point win at home against Segafredo Virtus Bologna.

The other two contests came down to a much slimmer margin in favor of Brose Bamberg and Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem. However, AEK and Iberostar Tenerife will have the home advantage in the second leg.
