ERA Nymburk took over in the fourth quarter and got a 79-69 road win against Gaziantep in Basketball Champions League. Nymburk improved to 7-2 compared to Gaziantep’s 2-7 record in Group C.
Vojtech Hruban led the way with 22 points while Roko Rogic logged 14 points, nine assists and five rebounds. Zach Hankins added 14 points.
For Gaziantep, Ivan Buva scored 14 in addition to Erol Can Cinko and Drew Crawford’s 13 points each.
It was a balanced effort in the first half as Gaziantep was up 21-20 after the first quarter and Nymburk 41-39 at halftime. Nymburk was also ahead 54-52 at the end of the third and stepped up in the fourth quarter, increasing the gap to 13 points (73-60) and sealing the deal.
