PAOK has signed Bobby Brown and is also reportedly targetting Clint Chapman, and William Hatcher (former PAOK player) commented on these moves with a tweet that calls out the team on debts they still owe to him.

“Congrats to PAOK on being able to continue to buy new players. I hope the club gets its desired results. On the other hand, I hope they don’t forget about the players and their families from the entire roster from last season that is owed a ton of money”, commented Hatcher, also tagging FIBA on his tweet.

Back in February 2019, Hatcher and Phil Goss took a week off from team obligations and traveled to the States, without returning in time for the next games, due to the debts of the team towards them. It has been reported that the financial differences have been resolved with the intervention of PAOK’s football club chief Ivan Savvidis, though Hatcher now brings the issue back on the surface, making it clear that some debts are still pending.
