After a crazy finish on Thursday that we had in London, we now witnessed another one in Koper

Estonia secured a win at the start of the World Cup Qualifiers by defeating Slovenia away after a thrilling finish and overtime, with a score of 94-93.

We saw real drama in the final moments of regulation when 17-year-old Stefan Joksimovic scored to give the home team the lead with a little over three seconds remaining.

However, Estonia called a timeout, and Henri Drell scored after a brilliant play to send the game into overtime (79-79).

There, we witnessed a spectacle, and in the end, Estonia celebrated, even though Slovenia had a four-point lead with 12 seconds remaining in the game (93-89).

At that moment, Drell scored after an offensive rebound, and Slovenia, just like Great Britain on Thursday against Lithuania, lost the ball. It eventually ended up with Kristian Kullamae, who hit a three-pointer to give his team the lead.

Slovenia had a chance to win, but Gregor Hrovat missed the three-pointer. Alen Omic corrected his miss but after time had expired, so Estonia could start celebrating.
