EuroLeague players that missed the first qualifying games will be available for the Latvian national team.

The Latvian national team for the upcoming two games of the first round of the World Cup qualifiers has been announced.

Davis Bertans will be the only NBAer that will compete with Latvia, as Kristaps Porzingis remains sidelined with his ACL injury.

Alongside Bertans, his brother Darius Bertans (Olimpia Milan), Janis Blums (Zaragoza), Janis Timma (Baskonia) will all be available for Latvia. Janis Strelnieks from Olympiacos will also be part of the Latvian NT, even though back in November he had announced that he will not play for his national team.

Latvia is in the same group as Ukraine (3-1), Turkey (2-2) and Sweeden (1-3).
