LeBron James posted a triple-double leading the Los Angeles Lakers to their home win against the Sacramento Kings on Sunday. Following the NBA 2018-19 Regular Season contest he was asked about his former Cleveland Cavaliers teammate Cedi Osman and replied: “Cedi’s my guy, I love Cedi. He’s improved”.
The 34-year-old American added: “I loved him as a rookie, having him every day. He worked his tail off. He’s continuing to get better and better. Every game, every minute that he gets more experienced. After the long season we had in Cleveland he built a lot of confidence with his National Team and will try to pick up this summer too. Hopefully he plays terrible against us.”
USA and Turkey will indeed face off in Gameday 2 of the first round of the 2019 FIBA World Cup. The two National Teams were drawn in Group E alongside Czech Republic and Japan.
