Tyler Dorsey still is a free agent and this turn of events may have repercussions to his presence in the FIBA World Cup with the Greek national team.
Dorsey is expected to be present on Monday, 29th of July, at the start of the training camp, however he asked more days off in hopes that he will first get an NBA contract and then focus to the Greek national team.
The player is in constant contact with Greek national team coach Thanasis Skourtopoulos, but so far his demand is not granted. After all, some of the pre-selection players have made themselves available today for medical exams and Dorsey is among the last players who will arrive in Athens, having already almost a full week of extra leave.
