Olympiacos, posting season highs of a +40 margin and 120 points, extended their perfect run in the Greek Basket League (GBL) to 13 wins, as Karditsa dropped to 4–9. Alec Peters led the way with a career-best European scoring performance, exploding for 35 points.

Tyler Dorsey set the tone early, scoring 13 points (2/2 two-pointers, 3/3 three-pointers) out of Olympiacos’ first 20 points (11–20 in the 7th minute). Brandon Jefferson matched him almost immediately, also reaching 13 points without missing a shot, as the score stood at 21–24 in the 9th minute.

Tyrique Jones came off the bench in the second quarter and scored his first points in an Olympiacos jersey with a dunk (26–34 in the 12th minute). However, maintaining the lead required more firepower, as Karditsa stayed close (42–43 in the 18th minute). That’s when Alec Peters took over.

The 31-year-old American power forward had seven points in the first period, did not play at all early in the second half, but returned to the floor in the third quarter and caught fire. Peters scored 17 points with perfect efficiency (1/1 two-pointers, 4/4 three-pointers, 3/3 free throws) and carried Olympiacos the rest of the way.

What was a 48–50 game in the 21st minute quickly became 48–58 by the 23rd, then 52–76 by the 27th. The gap ballooned to 40 points, with the score reaching 61–101 in the 35th minute, 73–113 in the 38th, and finally 80–120 at the final buzzer.

Panathinakos had a tougher time against Peristeri, but Ataman’s team also prevailed 94-86 against Peristeri. Cedi Osman was the top scorer of the game with 17 points.
