Olympiacos prevailed over Rethymno Cretan Kings in Piraeus on Sunday evening with 90-72 to conclude all Day 5 action in the Greek league.
Giannis Sfairopoulos’ squad improved to a 4-1 record.
The key: With a 9-0 run early in the final period, the hosts pulled away with 78-65 and managed to gain the initiative of the game over a tough Rethymno.
