The Turkish Airlines EuroLeague finalists were trailing for most of the game, as the hosts prevailed by eight (78-70).

Veteran Phil Goss scored 24 points and Darnell Jackson added 14 for the winners. Olympiacos finished the game with 17 turnovers and just 11 assists, while Vasilis Spanoulis was the top scorer with 12 points. It was an off game for the Reds who made just five out of 23 threes.

Olympiacos is not tied with Lavrio having an 8-3 record, while PAOK climbed to the fourth spot together with Promitheas Patron at 7-4. It’s the first time since the 2006-07 season that Olympiacos suffered three defeats before the end of the first round of the regular season.
