The big derby of the Greek League won’t take place as Olympiacos forfeited the first playoffs game, and as a result, the team will be relegated to the second division.
However, the game was… on at OAKA, as Panathinaikos players took the time to actually play against each other and keep score of the game at the same time.

What has been the most bizarre thing of the evening so far is a chicken that was placed on Olympiacos‘ empty bench.
In the meantime, Rick Pitino was spotted documenting the happenings around him. As he had stated a few days ago, “in my five months in Greece, I’ve witnessed things I’ve never seen in coaching”.
Now it remains to be seen what will the next day bring for the Greek League and the rest of the teams competing in the playoffs…
