Despite the fact that CSKA Moscow had already won the Russian PBL, had to play on Friday one last home game for the season in its domestic league. The result was one more win (74-65 over Khimki), as the champions completed a 16-2 record and were awarded to trophy. It was the last game of CSKA before the Euroleague Final Four and coach Messina said: “It was a good win considering the fact that we did not have Victor Khryapa, Milos Teodosic was ejected and Sonny Weems got into foul trouble early”.
