The second phase of Eurocup started with a win by a team that until recently was a Euroleague participant. Valencia prevailed by 31 points (77-46) over Nancy thanks to a team effort with Romain Sato being the scorer with 13 points.
It was also an emotional game, since long time fan favorite of Valencia, French forward Florent Pietrus, returned to his old gym, however as it’s evident from the final score, the guests were easy preys.
