Metta World Peace is the biggest name which will finish the season in Europe by signing a deal with the Italian club Cantu! Contracts were signed by both sides in the previous hours and the Italian Club will announce him on Tuesday morning.
As he hinted via his twitter account and as Eurohoops confirmed yesterday, the player who was known as Ron Artest has agreed to terms in order to play in Legabasket. This is the first time he will be playing for a European club, after completing his first season in China. It will be interesting to see what he can offer to Cantu, as a player with great quality and experience!
UPDATE: On Tuesday morning the deal became official.
