It was a game of pride as both teams have already missed the playoffs train and ended up with a thrilling win of Zalgiris over Crvena Zvezda (76-70). With three minutes to go the score was tied at 69 and the hosts finished the game with a 7-1 run.
Zalgiris thanks to a 28-15 partial score in the second quarter got a 40-27 lead at the half. Zvezda answered with a 28-11 partial score in the third and the game was decided by details in the end. Paulius Jankunas with 19 points and 9 rebounds was the leader of the winners, Will Cherry added 17 points and Arturas Milankins with a three sealed the win. From the guests, Boban Marjanovic got one more double double, his 15th for the season (14p., 12 r.)
